About FendPulse
What does FendPulse do?
FendPulse is a Stripe Dashboard app that watches your Stripe account for risky changes and sends you an alert with one clear next step. It alerts on payout bank account changes on connected accounts, bursts of declined payments that look like card testing, new disputes and a rising dispute rate, a negative balance or a failed payout, webhook endpoints that are added or changed, and unusual spikes in sales or refunds.
Can FendPulse change anything in my Stripe account?
No. FendPulse is read-only. It can't create, edit or delete anything in your account, and it never moves money.
What can FendPulse see, and what can't it see?
It can see webhook endpoints, payment links, charges and refunds, disputes, payouts and balance, your account status and settings, and connected accounts' bank, owner and capability changes. It can't see API keys, team members and roles, or Dashboard logins.
Does FendPulse guarantee my account is safe?
No. FendPulse reduces risk; it does not guarantee protection. When it shows no issues, that means its checks found none.
Alerts and the Security Score
How do alerts reach me?
High and Critical alerts arrive by email and, if you turn it on, as a desktop notification. Medium alerts go into the weekly summary email. Every alert is also listed in the app inside your Stripe Dashboard. You can add several recipients and set quiet hours; Critical alerts always come through.
How quickly are webhook endpoint changes found?
FendPulse checks your webhook endpoints every 10 minutes, because Stripe doesn't send an event when an endpoint changes.
What is the Security Score?
A 0 to 100 score from six checks: charges enabled, payouts enabled, webhook hygiene, dispute rate, refund rate and decline ratio over the last 30 days. Each check links to the Stripe Dashboard page where you can review it.
Can I export my alert history?
Yes. The app exports your alert timeline as a CSV file.
Pricing and billing
How much does FendPulse cost?
One plan with every feature: $34.99 a month or $349 a year (the yearly plan saves $70.88). Prices are in US dollars, and checkout may show them in your local currency; taxes may apply and are shown at checkout.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 7 days free, one trial per business. Your card is collected at checkout and charged $34.99 (or $349 for the yearly plan) on day 8 unless you cancel before the trial ends. We email you a reminder 2 days before the charge. Plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.
How do I cancel?
Open FendPulse in your Stripe Dashboard and choose Manage subscription, then cancel in the Stripe customer portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've paid for.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, in the Stripe customer portal (Manage subscription in the app).
Install, uninstall and support
How do I install FendPulse?
Once FendPulse is listed on the Stripe App Marketplace, open its listing, choose Install and approve the read-only permissions. Then open FendPulse from the apps drawer in your Stripe Dashboard to see your Security Score. Alerts start when you begin the 7-day free trial from the app.
What happens to my data when I uninstall?
FendPulse stops reading your account right away and deletes your alert records, settings, survey answers and push subscriptions within 30 days, then emails the account owner to confirm. Billing records are kept as tax law requires. Hashed trial and sign-up records are kept so a business can't start a second free trial and our sign-up counts stay correct; a hash can't be turned back into your card, email or account ID (Privacy §3).
How do I get help?
